From Brooklyn:

Take Belt Parkway (east) to exit 19, Nassau Expressway / 678 Van Wyck Expressway / Kennedy Airport. Bear left on exit ramp which is Nassau Expressway 878. Stay in left lane. Look for exit 1N sign. Change to middle lane and take exit 1N, 678 (north) / Van Wyck Expressway / Whitestone Bridge. Take 678 (north) Van Wyck Expressway to exit 13, Route 25A, Northern Boulevard / Astoria Boulevard / Triborough Bridge. Bear left on exit ramp to Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east). Proceed straight (east) on Route 25A, Northern Boulevard approximately 4/10 mile from the bottom of the exit ramp to Bowne street. Turn right (south) on Bowne Street. Proceed straight (south) on Bowne Street for two traffic lights (approximately 1/10 mile) to 38th Avenue. Turn left (east) on 38th Avenue. Proceed straight (east) on 38th Avenue for ½ block. Winston Tower is on the right (south) side of the Avenue between Bowne Street and Parsons Boulevard, 143-40 38th Avenue.
