By Bus:
Take the Q12 or Q15 bus to the Roosevelt Avenue and Bowne Street bus stop. Cross Roosevelt Avenue to the north side of the Avenue. Continue walking north on Bowne Street for one block to 38th Avenue. Turn right (east) on 38th Avenue. Walk (east) on the south side of 38th Avenue for approximately ½ block. Winston Tower is on the right between Bowne Street and Parsons Boulevard, 143-40 38th Avenue.

Take the Q13 or Q28 bus to the Northern Boulevard and Bowne Street bus stop. Walk south on the east side of Bowne Street for two traffic lights to 38th Avenue. Turn left (east) on 38th Avenue. Walk (east) on 38th Avenue for approximately ½ block. Winston Tower is on the right (south side of the Avenue) between Bowne Street and Parsons Boulevard, 143-40 38th Avenue.
