From the Triborough Bridge:

Take Triborough Bridge to Grand Central Parkway (east) to exit 9E, Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east). Bear right and follow sign for Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east) Shea Stadium. Bear left at bottom of exit ramp. Take Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east) approximately 1.1 miles to Bowne Street. Turn right (south) on Bowne Street. Proceed straight (south) on Bowne Street for two traffic lights (approximately 1/10 mile) to 38th Avenue. Turn left (east) on 38th Avenue. Proceed straight (east) on 38th Avenue for ½ block. Winston Tower is on the right (south) side of the Avenue between Bowne Street and Parsons Boulevard, 143-40 38th Avenue.
